Working together will be a collaborative experience. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I integrate a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on the principles of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other modalities to match each individual client’s needs.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who has practiced psychotherapy since 2005. I received an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles.

I have long held an interest in psychology and healing, but it was my profound personal experience with meditation and therapy that led me to pursue a career in empowering others to achieve balance and fulfillment in their lives. I believe each individual possesses the inner strength and resources necessary to achieve self-fulfillment and that there are times when we may need extra support and guidance in order to access it.

I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable space to assist people in gaining awareness, experiencing healing and growth, and making changes to achieve their life goals. I am LGBTQ affirmative and welcome clients from all cultural backgrounds and identities. I identify as a queer, cisgender woman and come from a multicultural background.
